If multi-generational cooking was considered a Dynasty, our Executive Chef, Minchun Li, would have Royal blood. His grandparents came to Dayton in 1986 and operated a successful and well-loved restaurant for 30 years. It was there that Minchun’s passion for cooking was ignited. Dreaming of one day opening his own restaurant, he attended the Le Cordon Bleu. With the help and support of his parents, Anna and Sheng, Hoshi Ramen finally made its Debut in July 2019.
